Led by Executive Chef Michael McGairy, whose experience spans Teja Uluwatu and private cheffing for A list celebrities on Lizard Island, our restaurant is where fire, flavor, and craft collide. The crackle of the fire sets the rhythm as locally sourced ingredients are transformed into unforgettable creations. Drawing on Japanese, Australian, Indonesian, and Middle Eastern influences, the menu offers something for every taste.

The day begins with a breakfast buffet that sets the tone for the entire resort.
